Every component of the fabric— including fibres, dyes, finishes, and trims— is evaluated against strict safety limits. For children’s and baby products, the standards are even more rigorous, ensuring the fabric is suitable for sensitive skin and everyday wear. This certification helps provide peace of mind that the materials used are free from chemicals known to be harmful to human health.

All of our products undergo multiple quality control inspections. We offer a 30 day warranty that covers manufacturing, design, and material defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including pilling, colours fading, stains from use, or damage caused by external forces. Zippers are covered for manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. To keep your pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend washing garments inside out, with zippers fully done up, in cold water on a delicate cycle, using a gentle detergent. Proper care helps extend the life of your products. To report an issue with your item within the 30 day period please send photographs and describe your concern, emailing to info@canuckikids.com (info@canuckikids.com)and we will typically respond within 48 hours.

Caring for your products in the right way greatly increases their lifespan! Here's how to ideally wash your Canucki garments: - Treat any stains with a gentle stain remover prior to wash cycle - Turn your garment inside out and ensure zipper is zipped all the way up - Use a bleach-free gentle detergent and wash on a delicate cycle in cold water. - Ensure like-colors and like-fabrics are the only things in the wash at the same time (ie. try to stay away from putting denim in with your bamboo garments etc.) - Lay flat or hang to dry ideally. You can put the items into the dryer on a delicate cycle, but expect some slight shrinkage.

Our fabric blend is made from 95% bamboo and 5% spandex, creating a luxuriously soft, breathable material with beautiful drape and just the right amount of stretch for comfort and movement.
