SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on orders over $200, and we ship internationally! We highly recommend adding shipping protection to your purchase for $5. This protects your shipment in the event of loss or damage in transit and we will provide you a replacement. If you forgo the shipping protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Items purchased on sale or clearance are a final sale. Any items that have been purchased at full price can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
A return or refund will only be issued if the piece purchased at full price still has all original tags/packaging in tact. Any indication of wear, washing, stains hair and odours, or damage means the item(s) will not be refunded or exchanged.
Once a refund is approved it will be initiated 3-5 business days once the package has been received.

The shipping cost of returning the item is the full responsibility of the customer, and the postmarked date must be within 14 calendar days of original delivery.
Items that have been used/worn/washed will not be accepted.
